Roofing issues included gaps in lap sealant, missing/worn caulking, water ponding, seams improperly sealed with HVAC tape
We power washed the roof and then lowered the roof insulation drains to get rid of ponding water. The HVAC tape was removed, and the seams were sealed with Kevlar fabric embedded in acrylic base coat. The entire roof was coated with a seamless top coat.
